No Refund Policy
Once payment is received, refunds will not be issued for any reason except where required by law.
Rescheduling Policy
If students cannot attend a scheduled class, they may request to reschedule later, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests for the Yellow Belt Courses must be completed by the first class day. Rescheduling must be requested before the second Green Belt and Black Belt Courses class day.

Cancellation by Leanademy LLC
Leanademy, LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrollment. In such cases, registered students can reschedule or receive a credit towards a future course.
